Authentic twilight photography captures a home’s ambiance at dusk, showcasing warm interior lighting, landscaping, and outdoor features like pools or patios in a dramatic, eye-catching way. For real estate agents, twilight photos elevate a listing’s appeal by creating a luxurious and inviting atmosphere that stands out in online searches. This style of photography can attract more views, enhance a property’s perceived value, and appeal to buyers who envision a home for both day and evening living.

Interiors and Exteriors during twilight hours.
Many real estate media companies offer “virtual twilight” photos — daytime images digitally edited to look like twilight using Photoshop. While virtual twilights can be useful when scheduling is not possible, they do not capture the warmth and realism of an authentic on-site twilight session.
Authentic twilight photography at Sparks Media Group is captured on-site during the golden window — approximately 20–30 minutes after sunset — when the sky transitions to deep blue, interior lights glow warmly through windows, and the home takes on its most photogenic appearance. The result is images that look and feel real, because they are.
Twilight photography is captured during the 20–30 minute window after sunset when the sky turns deep blue and interior lighting glows warmly. The exact time varies by season — we coordinate timing based on your listing’s location and the sunset schedule.
Twilight Exterior Photography includes 3 images (typically front yard) at $200, or 7 images (front and rear yard) at $275. Twilight Interiors + Exteriors includes a full interior and exterior session at $375 + tax.
We specialize in authentic on-site twilight photography rather than virtual/Photoshop twilights. We believe authentic photos better represent the property and provide more value to your listing.
If weather prevents a quality twilight shoot — such as heavy clouds, rain, or poor visibility — we will reschedule at no charge.
No — you do not need to be present. We just need access to the property. Interior lights should be turned on prior to our arrival for the best results.
